Operation

AHT 001 / AHT 201

Switching the unit ON/OFF:

• Press the Defrost button.
• "DEF" appears on the display.
• To switch on again, press Defrost. The current temperature is displayed.
• Attention: The unit cannot be completely switched off, only set to standby mode.

Setpoint adjustment:

• Press the"+" button.
• "SETP" flashes with the current setpoint.
• Adjust using the"+" or"-" button.

Setpoints:

• Fresh meat: +1°C
• Frozen food:-19°C

AHT 601

Switching the unit ON/OFF:

• Press Standby.
• "---" appears on the display.
• Press Standby again to restart.

Setpoint adjustment:

• Press the"+" button.
• "A1" or "A3" appears.
• Select using"+" or"-" buttons.

Setpoints:

• A1 = Frozen food-19°C
• A3 = Fresh meat +1°C

Note: The MAN-DEFROST button is inactive.

CAREL

Switching the unit ON/OFF:

• Press Standby/Reset.
• "---" appears on the display.
• Press again to restart.

Setpoint adjustment:

• Press the white button to the right of the display.
• The setting changes between Fresh Meat and Frozen Food.

Setpoints:

• LED +1°C = Fresh Meat
• LED -19°C = Frozen Food

SLV

Switching the unit ON/OFF:

• Press Standby/Reset.
• Press again to restart.

Setpoint adjustment:

• Press the +/- button.
• "A1" or "A3" appears.
• Select with +/-.

Setpoints:

• A1 = Frozen food-19°C
• A3 = Fresh meat +1°C

Note:

• Automatic defrosting is not possible in meat mode.
• Press MAN-DEFROST for an additional defrost cycle in frozen-food mode.

SLV-ECO

Switching the unit ON/OFF:

• Press Standby/Reset.
• Press again to restart.

Setpoint adjustment:

• Press the +/- button.
• "A1", "A2", "A3", or "A4" appears.
• Select with +/-.

Setpoints:

• A1 = Frozen food-19°C
• A2 = Frozen food-21°C
• A3 = Fresh meat +1°C
• A4 = Positive-temperature operation

Note:

• Automatic defrosting is not possible in meat mode.
• Press MAN-DEFROST for an additional defrost cycle in frozen-food mode.

Alarm Indication

AHT 001 / AHT 201

• Unit beeps and a flashing dot or alarm message appears.
• Press DEFROST to switch the unit off and on again.
• Alarm is suppressed for 90 minutes.
• CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

AHT 601 / CAREL

• Unit beeps and a flashing dot or alarm message appears.
• Press STANDBY to switch off and on again.
• Alarm is suppressed for 90 minutes.
• CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

SLV / SLV-ECO

• Unit beeps and a flashing dot or alarm message appears.
• Press STANDBY/RESET to acknowledge the alarm.
• A permanent dot remains on the display.
• CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
